Establish Benchmarks and Verification - Verification of White Paper Recommendations

Work with ministries of labor, employers' organizations and trade unions (workers), to Verify progress on the Recommendations contained in the White Paper.

Establish benchmarks (implementation plans) and assess each of the beneficiary countries on progress toward these goals; Prepare a baseline Verification report and a Verification assessment to follow each six months for the life of the project. - Through International Labour Organisation.
