Work with targeted agricultural communities to develop and implement action plans to improve labor compliance, with particular emphasis on regulations pertaining to occupational safety and health; Identify workers' major concerns regarding compliance, Develop training materials;Train local community organization leaders to provide basic legal information to agricultural workers; Work with local organizations and Ministries of Labor to strengthen mechanisms for workers to exercise their rights; Conduct national workshop to share best practices; Have Dept. of Agriculture/EPA examine pesticide application and perform training; Survey workers regarding their rights to measure their impact. - Through Development Alternatives, Inc..
