This studentship will focus on the design, modelling, fabrication, and measurement of microwave and millimetre-wave non-linear superconducting circuits.
The student will work with academics across condensed matter physics and astronomy instrumentation, with the goal to understanding the intrinsic properties of the superconducting thin-films, and apply this knowledge to construct a new class of quantum-limited devices.
