Research will involve to synthesis and use of novel materials that will allow for the co-application of multiple biomedical imaging modalities which will deliver significant improvements in medical imaging/treatment. Enabling multiple methods of imaging to be applied will greatly improve the level and accuracy of information gained from the imaging process.
This project will also incorporate medical imaging with 3D printing to develop novel cleaner, greaner and more personalised therapeutic solutions by producing imageable 3D printed devices.
