The aims of this research are to elucidate how: - The philosophy and pedagogy of Taekwondo provides a social structure for adults with autism; - Taekwondo impacts the self-organisation pattern and the biomechanical movement patterns of adults with autism; - Taekwondo impacts the psychological well-being of adults with autism.
