Grant Description

Neuroblastoma is a pediatric cancer that is frequently metastatic and resistant to conventional treatment.

Using dose-escalating treatment of temozolomide, our lab has generated a chemo-resistant in vivo model that emulate the clinical refractory disease from the Th-MYCN mouse, which is the most established GEM of NB.

In this project, we aim to use advanced protein level barcoded approaches (Pro-Code) and spatial proteomic visualisation systems to investigate the impact of LMO1 gene-manipulation on expression of ADRN and MES core regulatory circuitry of neuroblastoma and on the development of treatment resistance.
