Chinese government provides USD 16 million interest free loan to Cote d'Ivoire — via ETCA — for unspecified socioeconomic infrastructure projects in December 2013 On December 18, 2013, Chinese and Ivorian government officials signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) loaning $16 million USD (about 8 billion CFA francs) for unspecified socioeconomic infrastructure projects.
