Grant Description

On July 5, 2013, Chinese and Ugandan government officials signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) granting 50 million RMB (about $8.2 million USD) for unspecified infrastructure projects.

The Finance Minister of Uganda Maria Kiwanuka indicated it will be in energy, roads, railways and "other critical areas." It is unclear whether these funds were ever disbursed.
