Grant Description

In December 2009, the Chinese government agreed to grant 22 million kina to Papua New Guinea for the Mt. Hagen Rice Project (captured in #69380). This project will be disbursed in five phases. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
