Grant Description
Decke Vocational Academy Limited is proposing to deliver competence and employability trainings to 320 unemployed Lagos state residents who will subsequently be placed on specific projects after the training.
The objective of the program is to provide hands-on practical skills to expose beneficiaries to the right skills needed in the industry.
At the end of the training, beneficiaries will be adequately equipped with life skills to help them define their vision of a purposeful life.
If selected, the company plans to train beneficiaries in four trades: Masonry, Electrical wiring and installation, Plumbing & pipe fitting and painting & decorative works.
