Grant Description

The Fundacin de Desarrollo Social y Cultural Africanecuatoriano - "Azcar" (AZUCAR) will implement activities that recover and value Afro-Ecuadorian history and culture, promote interactions between African descendant and non African descendant people, and advance actions that generate better well- being for families and individuals.

Beneficiaries are primarily individuals of African descent, from low socio-economic households, with limited access to formal education or who have dropped out of school.
