Grant Description

Banco de Bosques (BdeB) will build infrastructure and provide training and other support enabling indigenous Mbya Guaran Argentines in the Yryapu community, province of Misiones, to engage in tourism as a source of income.

BdeB will also build infrastructure for ecotourism near Puerto Iguazu, develop activities to attract visitors from Argentina and abroad, and train 265 indigenous Mbya in the skills necessary to make their community enterprise self-sufficient.
