Grant Description

Home ownership among poor working families is low due to financial barriers that limit access to loans.

Asociacin Roncalli-Juan XXIII (Juan 23) finances the construction of homes through its loan guarantee fund to increase access to home ownership in urban and rural areas. At the IAF we support community-led solutions to strengthen governance in Nicaragua.

Juan 23's activities strengthen excluded communities so they can improve their living conditions and participate equally in a nation's political economic and social life.
