Grant Description

To organize and implement training, technical assistance, and credit programs to increase the administrative and operational capacity of the municipal government and local development organizations in the municipality of Torola, Morazn.

This project will make it possible for these organizations to coordinate their development efforts to address the area's health, education, production, marketing, infrastructure and environmental problems, and benefit the majority of Torola's 1,800 inhabitants.
