Asociacin Red de Mujeres Afrolatinoamericanas, Afrocaribeas y de la Dispora (ARMAAD - Voces Caribeas) works in the municipality of Puerto Cabezas in the autonomous Caribbean coast region to prioritize, propose, and plan community-development activities in a region battered by COVID-19 and Hurricanes ETA and IOTA.
