Grant Description

FAS/Vietnam has contacted FSIS and they have agreed to provide trainers for training in 2008.

After consulting with Vietnamese officials FAS/Vietnam believes what is necessary is a more comprehensive course than was provided last year with elements covering HACCP and GMP in addition to ante- and post-mortem inspection.
