Grant Description

A 1-day seminar that goes through the principles of the SPS Agreement that will help Kazakh officials develop a functioning WTO enquiry point, improve Kazakhstans participation in the international setting bodies (i.e., OIE, IPPC, and CODEX), and help them to develop an understanding of their obligations under the SPS Agreement to set the stage for the re-writing of Kazakhstans national legislation to come into compliance with WTO standards.
