Grant Description

On 29 July 2016, the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting 100 million RMB to the Government of Seychelles.

According to the Central Bank of Seychelles 2016 Annual Report, part of this ETCA financed a new Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation building (Record ID#55526) and the remainder was allocated to other unspecified projects. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
