Grant Description

The overall objective of the project is to minimize the regional threat posed to humans, the poultry industry, the rural economy, and trade by an HPAI infection in Transnistria.

To achive this, the project will provide training and support on surveillance for outbreaks of avian influenza, preparations to be made for outbreaks, and control of outbreaks among humans and animals.
