Grant Description
USDA's AEECA-funded programs increase economic opportunities for rural communities and promote trade capacity through the assistance to public and private agribusiness and marketing institutions.
USDA collaborates with local counterparts to implement sustainable programs to assist in the development of market institutions, and promote the adoption of science and market based policies.
The program funds the implemebtaion of technical asistance programs in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, and Serbia, the Faculty Exchange Program in Ukraine, and the Cochran Fellowship Programs thoughout the region.
