Grant Description

In an effort to address the topic of food defense in the FSIS executed a series of food defense awareness workshops.

The workshops raised awareness of the importance of protecting the food supply chain against intentional contamination and provided voluntary low cost/no-cost approaches to protect the safety and integrity of international food and agricultural trade.
