Grant Description

Under this PASA, USDAs Foreign Agricultural Service/Office of Capacity and Development (FAS/OCBD) will provide technical staff to assist USAIDs Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance Bureau to provide technical leadership, program management, and field support responsibilities under the Famine Early Warning System Network.

OCBD will also provide administrative support to the PASA technical staff so that they can effectively carry out their tasks in support of USAID.
