Nnovativetechnologies For Lifejacket Activation, Thermal control and Ergonomics (INFALTE)

The main goal is to produce an advanced prototype of an ISO approved lifejacket that is much more comfortable, higher survivability and has lower maintenance cost than the existing lifejackets remains the same. This will lead to more sailors that wear the jacket and therefore fewer drownings at sea.

This goal will be achieved by using the same advanced technologies and design approaches i.e. a Cool Gas Generator inflation system, new fabrics and more ergonomic layout.
