Grant Description

Namibia - Tourism Project - Improving Management and Infrastructure in Etosha National Park Activity: This Activity aims to improve the management capacity of ENP, promote private sector investment in and around Namibia's national parks, increase tourism revenue nationally, and benefit rural communal conservancies.

MCC Funding will support technical assistance in support of improved management and a study of tourism carrying capacity and potential tourism investments in and around ENP and other national parks in the north, as well as investments in infrastructure for management centers and staff housing, road building and maintenance and the purchase of game translocation equipment.
