Grant Description

To enable the conservation of the collections in the National Gallery of Jamaica.

The collections trace Jamaica's artistic history from the Taino Indian artifacts, to Spanish and English Colonial art, to contemporary Jamaican art. Gallery staff will be trained to handle and preserve the collections.
