Grant Description

In this project, the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture is teaming up with Indiana University and other U.S. institutions to investigate and interpret ancient Turkic runic writings found on manuscripts, carved monoliths, amulets, clay vessels, and other objects in Kazakh and other collections.
