Grant Description

In this project, the Fernando Leite Couto Foundation is teaming up with the U.S.-based Slave Wrecks Project to investigate and document long-standing fishing traditions of historic communities on Mozambique Island and to connect fishing communities in Mozambique with communities in the United States facing similar challenges to their way of life.
