LiFi's adoption in high volume consumer electronics is dependent on LiFi components capable of meeting the very challenging cost, size, power and performance requirements for devices such as smartphone and tablets.

In 2019 pureLiFi took the first steps to address this mass market opportunity with a proof-of-concept 1 Gbps Light Antenna Module (LAM) for integration into smartphones and laptops, generating strong interest with tier one device manufacturers. Global brands are demanding fully qualified LiFi components with high-volume supply capability for their next generation products.

This innovative project is key to our growth strategy of driving LiFi to the mainstream, matching market requirements to achieve high volume commercialisation.
