Chinese Government pledges $126 million loan for E-Resource Infrastructure Project According to the Government of Ghana’s Development Cooperation Management Information System (Gh-DCMIS), the Chinese Government agreed — at least in principle — to provide a $126 million loan to the Government of Ghana for the E-Resource Infrastructure Project in 2020.
