BioBas30 - Innovation cluster for a bio-based construction & civil engineering sector

BioBas30 constitutes a cross-sectoral collaboration stimulating increased knowledge in the development and use of bio-based solutions, innovations and within the construction and civil engineering sector's value chain from raw material, materials, production, operation, energy and heat supply to reuse in line with a sustainable energy system .

The goal is to build knowledge, develop, demonstrate & commercialize bio-based solutions, value chains in interaction with the energy system in an open national member-funded structure, and effective instruments and policies that can steer towards climate goals. The cluster is built as a track within the Local Roadmap Malmö (www.lfm30.se) and the 170 members, of which 38 builders who has promised at least one climate-neutral project each by 2030.
