Energy-effective logistics via satellite data (ELSA)

In this project we investigate and demonstrate the benefits of vessel tracking using satellite imagery system with the purpose of improving the energy-effectivity of maritime transportation.

In this project we will compare the performance of an "AIS only system" (current solution) with a "sattelite image based system fused with AIS data" with focus on energy effectivity (our solution based on the innovation).
