APR's battery system has attractive features such as high energy density, fast charging capability, active balancing and multiple life compared to similar battery products. Such an increase in service life leads to reduced raw material consumption and energy consumption as well as increased customer value (e.g. longer service intervals).
The battery system is directly cooled, enables fast fast and precise temperature control (cooling / heating) and can insulate thermally must save energy.
The project aims to build a pilot line for industrial production at a Swedish contract manufacturer, to verify the producibility of APR's battery module and to produce a larger number of pilot modules, which are combined into one battery pack. The battery system / package will demonstrate in a light truck, intended for distribution of the last mile. Some type testing must be included.
The goal is a validated and demonstrated battery, an earlier market launch and, by extension, a faster transition
