Climate neutral Eskilstuna 2030

With an inclusive approach, a climate plan is developed together with the public sector and the local business community, but also from the idea-driven sector and academia. This represents everyone who lives and works in the municipality. During the development of the plan, five areas have been identified that need extra focus by Eskilstuna's parties.

No single party has control over all areas, there is only potential to achieve climate change at the required pace through joint efforts.

By building an attractive platform for long-term sustainable collaboration where the parties are continuously motivated and give each other support and tools for their climate initiatives, we can achieve the goal of a Climate Positive Eskilstuna 2045 and climate neutrality 2030 together.

A digital Sign-up tool for climate change not only makes it possible for everyone to state their contribution to climate goals based, but also provides a basis for communicative measures and support for real change.
