A electricity system for Electric vehicles

There is great political interest in supporting and accelerating the electrification of the transport sector. At the same time, there is a clear risk that the electricity system will limit the development.

This is a cross-industry research and collaboration project, which focuses on the interplay between the electricity system and the electrification of the vehicle fleet from a local, regional and national perspective.

The project aims to create a coherent and dynamic strategy for the electrification of the vehicle fleet along the entire value chain.

This through new research but also deepen insights from other similar studies and initiatives such as the work of the Electrification Commission.

The research will be conducted in close collaboration with a large number of different actors affected by electrification.

The project is thus also expected to function as a national dialogue and knowledge platform for the integration of electric vehicles in our energy system.
