WP4 - IVL Environmental effects of Nordic transport transition pathways towards climate neutrality

The overall goal of the project is to contribute to increased knowledge and understanding of the environmental effects of different Nordic transport transition pathways towards climate neutrality.

More specifically we mainly aim to assess the impact of different GHG reduction strategies for the transport sector on various emissions of air pollution by performing integrated assessments and developing a novel modelling tool for data transfer.

Thus, the project aims to broaden the perspective and assess how different technical measures (representing different policy strategies) for achieving low-carbon transport can influence also other emissions. The Swedish Energy Agency assesses that the project contributes to the call's goals.
