REDISET

The project intends to identify vulnerabilities and develop criteria for system design and resilience for various critical events in the Nordic transmission network together with need owners.

Design and criteria will be simulated and tested based on scenarios that include human error, extreme climate events, unexpected production, consumption and transmission outages, or new forms of digital sabotage. The project includes Swedish participation and research efforts in the Nordic project.

The Swedish Energy Agency assesses that the project meets the objectives of the call by examining safety and resilience from a socio-technical system perspective to address future challenges and rapid technical development in the Nordic electricity systems.
