Decarbonisation targets are accelerating electrification at an unprecedented pace. Rapid transition to renewables and electric vehicles is key to ensure net zero, but it will require a massive electrical infrastructure. The problem today is that electricity demand is on the way to double its consumption , resulting in poor grid balancing capabilities and insufficient grid capacity & power supply for all applications.
Lexnrg is developing the LexEnergy Hub, an all-in-one solution for combined energy storage and EV fast charging with a unique modular design that blends into urban environments. This project will develop the first LexEnergy Hub full-scale prototype and pilot it with customer. Together with the customer, Lexnrgy will validate the technology and business case for combined battery storage and EV fast charging.
