Grant Description

Nordic SeaFarm wants to investigate the potential of making meat analogues with seaweed as an ingredient. To be able to do this, access to an extrusion machine and competence in that area is required.

The objective with the project is to develop a prototype that catches the interest of a industrial customer shows interest of a continuation project.
