Swedish politicians have said that electricity users will be compensated for the high electricity prices which, by all accounts, will be record high during the winter of 2022/23.
Two very relevant questions in this context are how the subsidies should be designed and which users should be eligible.
In this project we collect information directly from 3,000 electricity users to find out what they have done to reduce their electricity vulnerability, if, and if so what, they plan to do in the near future and how vulnerable they are. This information is highly valuable so that the subsidies can be designed as appropriately as possible.
