Synergies between wind power and defense interests for increased electricity production at sea

The project aims to, through increased understanding of technical solutions, be able to bring together wind power exploiters and the defense and create synergies that powerfully reinforce the expansion of offshore wind power, while at the same time creating completely new defense opportunities.

The actors' acceptance of the technical solutions can also enable faster permit processes by the actors agreeing on larger strategic areas.

We intend to investigate how possibilities for the placement of various technical solutions in Swedish territorial waters and the economic zone respectively can release wind power potential, how the technical solutions can be designed and combined to provide maximum added value, as well as develop IP strategy and patents, business and market model in order to be able to export the solutions.
