Emission-free work tools as a service for sharing between maintenance and residents - scaling up

The project aims to reduce resource and energy use by sharing garden products. The sharing is offered to both managers and tenants through products in a garden shed in residential areas where sharing takes place between managers during the week/daytime and tenants during evenings/weekends. This dual sharing service has been verified during the previous project within the program.

The project demonstrates and develops a scalable solution for market introduction. We continue to build on the previous project's results where behaviors and obstacles were identified.

The goal is to remove obstacles by verifying behavioral changes within a demonstration and verifying scalable business models with the principals (Husqvarna) and need owners Riksbyggen and MKB who are part of the project.

The solution provides energy efficiency through electrification as fossil tools are replaced with electric ones and resource efficiency as the number of products is reduced through the sharing by at least
