Energy use validation and industrial process adaptation of the AQ 600 aerator

Aquagyro has developed a new form of aerator for fluids, that reduces energy use by up to 50% in relation to present solutions. The aerator was developed for use in waste dump leachate water and eutrophic natural waters, but has significant potential for use in mining, metal works and EV battery production, where it will reduce the energy use for oxidation of metals and separation of non-organic pollution in process water.

In order to enable a later pilot with a large industrial reference user, in preparation for commercialization, the project will conduct a user dialogue to develop a requirement specification, updated construction drawings, a strategy for commercialization and externally validate the energy use of the solution in accordance to the relevant EN-standard.
