Independent energy supply concepts for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are limited. SMEs cannot invest in large-scale facilities due to their investment capacity. Investments in more environmentally friendly technology do not occur because SMEs need the financial results faster for their survival.
Our concept is based on gasification technology via a new patent-pending co-current gasifier . Problems with clogging of the gasifier lead to operational disturbances and low output results, which is what our patent-pending concept focuses on solving. "The energy machine" is a flexible energy installation for SMEs that can be combined with solar cells and battery storage.
The goal is the possibility of completely independent energy supply and optimization of outlets on the public grid. Our innovation provides climate-neutral electricity and heat via CHP (Combined heat and power) from biomass. Delivered electric power from the unit is approx. 200kW-1MW and 300kW-2MW heat.
