Open Energy Gateway for Flexible and Sustainable Grids

Our project aims to develop and scale up the 'Srcful Energy Gateway', a solution that promotes decentralized and sustainable energy production.

By utilizing blockchain technology, our gateway enables the interconnection of small-scale energy producers, such as solar panel owners and battery owners, allowing them to act collectively on the flexibility market, which is currently only possible for larger players. Thus, we unlock a vast untapped potential for flexibility in existing networks.

By facilitating new revenue streams for small-scale sustainable energy production, we also contribute to accelerating the pace of the green energy transition.

Our focus in the project is to evaluate the concept with the purpose of influencing people's behaviors to enable faster solar energy expansion, as well as to develop and validate a prototype/MVP.
