This feasibility study aims to investigate how climate investment plans, delimited to a municipal administration and a municipal company, respectively, can be designed to accelerate climate transition and to make short-term costs and long-term societal benefits visible. The study will investigate how a local and inclusive process can strengthen the ability to change.
This will result in a method for delimited climate investment planning that will be used for the whole municipal organization.
The feasibility study helps us to understand how a bottom-up perspective can anchor and clarify the transition and what advantages and disadvantages there are in different fields of activity in the municipal organization.
Through delimited climate investment plans, we can more quickly establish internal dialogue within the municipality and visualize how financial resources need to be distributed to advance progress.
