In Sweden there is a significant property portfolio from the 60s/70s with extensive renovation needs. In the near future, property owners will be faced with crucial investment decisions that will have a major climate impact - positive or negative - depending on which choices are made.
Which business models are suitable for sharing investment and operating costs between property owners for e.g., charging points and energy storage? What synergies are there between climate-smart solutions and the attractiveness of a neibourhood? How are the conditions created to use recycled material on a large scale in renovations, and get the tenants' acceptance?
